RESUMEN La recepción del derecho justinianeo en España o, si se prefiere, la recepción del ius commune en España durante los s. XII-XV, es un capítulo más de los fundamentos del derecho europeo dentro de una historia del derecho que hoy ya no debe ser una historia de los derechos nacionales sino historia del derecho europeo.
ABSTRACT The justinian law reception in Spain or the ius commune reception in Spain during s. XII-XV, it’s a chapter more than the basics of the European law inside a Law History that today should no longer be a history of the national laws but history of the European Law.
