RESUMEN
La progresiva asimilación romana de Hispania empieza en el 218 a. C. cuando la ciudad de Sagunto pide ayuda a Roma para defenderse del asedio púnico; se va haciendo cada vez más intensa y esta realidad es reconocida por Vespasiano en el 74 d. C. al conceder el ius Latii a universae Hispaniae, y confirmada en las leyes municipales flavias, siendo la más extensa la lex Irnitana aprobada por Domiciano en el 91 mediante una epistula que presenta numerosos problemas.
ABSTRACT
The progressive roman assimilation of Hispania begin in 218 B. C. when the city of Sagunto ask Rome for help in defense of the punic siege. The assimilation is growing up and is recognisec by Vespasian in year 74 A. C. when Universae Hispaniae ius Latii tribuit and confirmed in the flavian municipal laws, specially in the lex Irnitana promulgated by Domitian in year 91 A. D. trough a epistula that suscite numerous problems.
