REGULAR RECURRENCE OF THE CENSUS POPULI AND CENSORIAL MAGISTRACY
Gema Polo RESUMEN La identificación entre la periodicidad del census populi y la permanencia en el cargo magistratual censorio es una de las cuestiones que junto a otras, relacionadas con la lex Aemilia, pretendemos analizar en el presente estudio, de modo que podremos observar cómo la tradición ha situado en un mismo plano, al haber hecho coincidir en un mismo periodo de tiempo, el intervalo inter census y la propia duración de la magistratura censoria. ABSTRACT The identification between the regular recurrence of the census populi and the continuance in the censorial magistracy is one of the questions that with others, related with the lex Aemilia, we seek to analyze in this study, so we will be able to observe how the tradition has located in oneself plane, the interval inter census and the own duration of the censorial magistracy.
