RESUMEN
En el
presente trabajo trataremos de analizar las fuentes jurídicas
relacionadas con la limitación que, por su edad, sufrieron en Roma las
personas sui iuris, en especial los varones,
examinando las etapas en que se dividió la minoría de edad, para
establecer qué relaciones jurídicas pudieron constituir y cuál fue su
responsabilidad por los actos realizados, para posteriormente descubrir
la proyección del derecho romano en el derecho histórico español, con
especial referencia al Código de Las Siete Partidas y, por último
comprobar la recepción en el vigente Código Civil. ABSTRACT
In
this paper we will try to analyze the legal sources related to the
limitation that the persons sui iuris suffered in
Rome for his age, especially the men, examining the stages in which the
minority of age was divided, to establish, which juridical relations
could constitute and which was his responsibility for the acts
realized. Also we will discover the projection of the Roman law in the
historical Spanish law, with special reference to the Medieval Code
(Las Siete Partidas) and, finally to verify the receiption in the
Spanish Civil Code.
